Orders & Approval
Final design approval should be taken to confirm all orders.
Before artwork production, customers have the responsibility of reviewing them.
When it has been passed, there is no opportunity to make any changes.
When you give the green light on bad art, it is your fault, not the business.
Pricing & Payments
All the prices are quoted in terms of specifications and quantities.
Before production, full or partial payment might be required.
The payment system is safe with third-party payment.
Production & Turnaround Time
Manufacturing will start as soon as the money is paid and the design has been approved.
There are estimated turnaround times, which are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for causing delays by shipping or any other causes.

Refund & Return Policy
Custom Product Policy
All products are custom-made. Therefore:
When the production is in progress, orders cannot be returned.
Approved designs are not issued as refunds.
Defective or Damaged Products.
In the case of defective or damaged goods received:
During 3-5 business days, inform us.
Provide photos as proof
We will review and offer:

Partial/full refund (if valid)
Order Cancellation
It is only possible to cancel orders before they are produced.
Cancellation is not possible once the production has begun.
Color Variation Disclaimer
Owing to printing, there can be slight differences in color.
This is not an abnormality but rather normal.
Refund Processing
Refunds are approved within a period of 7-10 business days.
